If a figure, a claim or a link on this site is wrong, this is the fastest way to get it fixed. Include the page and the specific line if you can. You do not need to prove your case before writing; pointing at the problem is enough, and we will do the checking.

Confirmed corrections are fixed in the piece with a dated note explaining what changed, as set out in how we test. We do not edit numbers silently.

General questions

Questions about something we published, requests for a topic, or feedback on the newsletter. We read all of it. We cannot give individual advice on your rate, your tax situation or whether a specific client is going to pay you — we are not qualified to, and it would not be fair to pretend otherwise.

Before you write: sponsors do not review drafts, do not influence placement, and cannot buy a position in the rate ledger. Paid links are labelled at the link. If those terms are workable, tell us what you have in mind. If they are not, we will save each other an email.

We do not accept guest posts with embedded links, paid link insertions into existing articles, or “content partnerships” that are one of those two things with a nicer name.
